Shipping & Fulfillment
Thank you for supporting Timbi Talks Corp, a small nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children and families impacted by parental substance use and adversity. Because we are a small organization, most orders are packed and shipped personally by our team from our New York location. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
Processing Times
Most individual orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Large institutional or bulk orders may require additional preparation time depending on inventory, assembly, and shipping arrangements. If an order will be delayed, we will always do our best to communicate that promptly.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through UPS, USPS and Fedex, depending on the size and destination of the order.
Tracking information is typically provided once shipping labels are created.
Resource Bundle and Bulk Order Shipping
To help protect materials during transit, books, plushes, and other components may occasionally ship separately, particularly for larger orders. For institutional and nonprofit orders, some items may arrive in bulk packaging rather than fully assembled individual sets. We do this intentionally to help prevent damage to books and materials during shipping.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, most orders are shipped within the United States, but we can ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
