We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order or receive a damaged product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it was received.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@timbitalks.org. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

 

Once we receive your returned/exchanged item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Your replacement item will be sent out within ten (10) business days of receiving and approving the exchange item.
