How do I order Timbi Talks products wholesale?

We are a non- profit organization that sells our products at price. If you would like to place a bulk order contact us at contact@timbitalks.org.

My Timbi Talks order arrived damaged, how do I get a replacement?

We strive to ensure each order is handled with utmost care and quality but we understand things can happen between our doors and yours. If you believe the item was damaged by our team or by the shipping service please check out our "Returns & Refunds" page for instructions.

My tracking number is faulty/ says delivered but I dont have my order.

Unfortunately shipping issues are out of our hands once we ship out the order. Please contact the shipping service for any help with your delivery. If you confirm with the shipping service that your order has been lost please contact contact@timbitalks.org and we can do our best to remedy the situation.
